Con ello, se podr\u00e1 abrir un <strong>nuevo canal<\/strong>, pero con condiciones estrictas y con la exigencia de <strong>reconstruir comunidad<\/strong> y monetizaci\u00f3n desde el inicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los participantes deber\u00e1n <strong>iniciar sesi\u00f3n<\/strong> desde una computadora en el canal desactivado. Si el sistema determina que <strong>cumplen con los requisitos<\/strong>, aparecer\u00e1 una opci\u00f3n para solicitar un <strong>canal nuevo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, esta opci\u00f3n <strong>no restaura el historial<\/strong> del usuario ni sus beneficios anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YouTube aclar\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los solicitantes podr\u00e1n <strong>subir videos anteriores<\/strong> \u00fanicamente si <strong>cumplen<\/strong> con las Normas de la Comunidad. Adem\u00e1s, el nuevo canal deber\u00e1 alcanzar los criterios del <strong>Programa de Socios de YouTube<\/strong> antes de acceder nuevamente a monetizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n marca un <strong>cambio en la pol\u00edtica<\/strong> de cancelaci\u00f3n definitiva, vigente desde 2020, que <strong>exclu\u00eda<\/strong> cualquier forma de regreso tras una <strong>infracci\u00f3n grave<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan YouTube, las solicitudes <strong>ser\u00e1n revisadas<\/strong> considerando la <strong>severidad<\/strong> de las faltas, su recurrencia y el <strong>posible impacto<\/strong> generado dentro o fuera del entorno digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, los usuarios eliminados por <strong>infringir derechos de autor<\/strong> o las pol\u00edticas de Responsabilidad del Creador <strong>no podr\u00e1n acceder<\/strong> a este programa. Tampoco ser\u00e1 posible <strong>solicitar el regreso<\/strong> si el canal o cuenta de Google fueron <strong>eliminados<\/strong> por decisi\u00f3n voluntaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-youtube-se-suaviza\"><strong>YouTube se \u2018suaviza\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acceder a esta <strong>segunda oportunidad<\/strong> deber\u00e1n haber transcurrido al <strong>menos doce meses<\/strong> desde la fecha de cancelaci\u00f3n. Durante ese tiempo, <strong>permanece vigente<\/strong> la opci\u00f3n de apelar.
