Sin embargo, <strong>se documentaron ciertas fallas en la plataforma inteligente Google Gemini<\/strong>, as\u00ed se generan una serie de alertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta tendencia, <strong>el gobierno de los Estados Unidos planea automatizar los procesos de redacci\u00f3n de regulaciones<\/strong> federales. Mediante el modelo de Google, se planea comenzar con el Departamento de Transporte (DOT) y as\u00ed escalar el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEl presidente Trump est\u00e1 muy entusiasmado con esta iniciativa, incluso la describi\u00f3 como la punta de lanza de un proceso integral. Para ser la primera agencia en estar plenamente habilitada, en el uso de la IA en la redacci\u00f3n de normas&#8221;, coment\u00f3 Gregory Zerzan, asesor general del DOT.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed como Donald Trump emplea inteligencia artificial, para <strong>optimizar los procesos de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, sin considerar el riesgo que representa.<\/strong> En este sentido, Zerzan asever\u00f3 que solamente se busca tener algo que sea lo suficientemente bueno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo lo anterior, <strong>se dio a conocer por parte de la organizaci\u00f3n period\u00edstica ProPublica<\/strong> y se debe considerar que se realiz\u00f3 una presentaci\u00f3n interna del proyecto. La cual, se realiz\u00f3 en diciembre de 2025, donde se expus\u00f3 el potencial de la IA en dichas tareas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sin-dimensionar-los-riesgos-trump-emplea-inteligencia-artificial\"><strong>Sin dimensionar los riesgos Trump emplea inteligencia artificial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En dicha reuni\u00f3n, <strong>se explic\u00f3 que la automatizaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda reducir el tiempo para la redacci\u00f3n y elaboraci\u00f3n de normas. <\/strong>Que en la actualidad pueden extenderse hasta por a\u00f1os, por eso Trump emplea inteligencia artificial para optimizar dichos procesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se debe tener en cuenta que el modelo elegido ser\u00eda una versi\u00f3n adaptada del dise\u00f1ado para generar borradores de este tipo. En general, se busca <strong>optimizar los procesos normativos, para que en total se tomen un m\u00e1ximo de treinta d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cUsar la IA para redactar estas normativas, es como tener a un becario de secundaria redact\u00e1ndolas.
