{"id":32916,"date":"2026-03-20T10:57:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T16:57:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reseller.lat\/?p=32916"},"modified":"2026-03-20T11:00:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T17:00:48","slug":"ciberataque-al-gobierno-colombiano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reseller.lat\/?p=32916","title":{"rendered":"Ciberataque al gobierno colombiano podr\u00eda comprometer la elecci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del ciberataque al gobierno <a href=\"https:\/\/reseller.lat\/sony-networked-live-colombia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">colombiano<\/a>, <strong>las autoridades correspondientes del pa\u00eds cafetalero exigen tomar medidas al respecto. <\/strong>Ya que se puede comprometer el pr\u00f3ximo proceso electoral, por esto se hace necesario activar auditor\u00edas urgentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con un reciente <strong>incidente de ciberseguridad en la plataforma de agendamiento de la Direcci\u00f3n de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (Dian). <\/strong>Con eso aument\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n institucional, por la seguridad de las pr\u00f3ximas elecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que est\u00e1 previsto para el 31 de mayo de 2026 y <strong>una filtraci\u00f3n de datos podr\u00eda tener un alto impacto, en la transparencia del proceso. <\/strong>Al respecto, la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Inteligencia (DNI) alert\u00f3 que dicha intrusi\u00f3n, expuso datos sensibles de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que el ciberataque al gobierno colombiano no comprometi\u00f3 de un modo directo a los sistemas de votaci\u00f3n. <strong>Se evidenci\u00f3 el nivel de vulnerabilidad que tienen las plataformas del estado, <\/strong>por esto se deben implementar medidas de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya que los datos podr\u00edan usarse para manipular registros relacionados con la elecci\u00f3n presidencial. De acuerdo, con un comunicado oficial de la DNI, <strong>este incidente afect\u00f3 a una base de datos que permiti\u00f3 construir un &#8220;lago de datos&#8221;, <\/strong>con nombres y c\u00e9dulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-es-necesario-prevenir-otro-ciberataque-al-gobierno-colombiano\"><strong>Es necesario prevenir otro<\/strong> <strong>ciberataque al gobierno colombiano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de dicha evaluaci\u00f3n, <strong>la DNI solicit\u00f3 declarar como &#8220;infraestructura cr\u00edtica cibern\u00e9tica&#8221; al ecosistema digital asociado a la elecci\u00f3n. <\/strong>Esto incluye a los sistemas f\u00edsicos, aplicaciones y firmware, todo esto despu\u00e9s del ciberataque al gobierno colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, la propia <a href=\"https:\/\/dni.gov.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DNI<\/a> afirm\u00f3 que <strong>esta categorizaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 hacer una revisi\u00f3n de la seguridad perimetral, bases de datos y metadatos. <\/strong>A nivel de archivos y de los registros, deben usarse de modo directo o indirecto en el proceso electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se subray\u00f3 que <strong>el incidente en la Dian no fue aislado y que en d\u00edas previos al hallazgo, se identificaron otras intrusiones <\/strong>en plataformas estatales. Con esto, se revela una operaci\u00f3n coordinada, para la extracci\u00f3n masiva de informaci\u00f3n sensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resumen, con el ciberataque al gobierno colombiano se despertaron inquietudes sobre el uso de datos para influir en la elecci\u00f3n.
