Qu\u00e9 <strong>est\u00e1 por iniciar un periodo de cuatro a\u00f1os a partir del 1 de octubre de 2026,<\/strong> as\u00ed sucede a Bill Thomas el actual director general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, <strong>Wingrove se desempe\u00f1a como Chief Operations Officer (COO) y forma parte del Equipo de Gesti\u00f3n Global.<\/strong> Desde donde impuls\u00f3 una estrategia nombrada Collective Strategy, adem\u00e1s fue responsable de la operaci\u00f3n de la firma en Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEstoy muy agradecido por la oportunidad de liderar a nuestros talentosos colegas en todo el mundo, para contribuir a crear un entorno m\u00e1s pr\u00f3spero. Adem\u00e1s somos una empresa centrada en las personas, potenciada por la tecnolog\u00eda, fortalecida por una cultura unificada\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Wingrove.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las prioridades de la nueva direcci\u00f3n global de KPMG, ser\u00e1 <strong>compartir tanto el conocimiento como la experiencia de la organizaci\u00f3n con el mercado.<\/strong> Asegurando que adopten soluciones habilitadas por inteligencia artificial (IA), que generen valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-por-su-parte-wingrove-tiene-una-trayectoria-profesional-destacada-ya-que-fue-ceo-de-la-oficina-de-australia-entre-2013-y-2021-durante-ese-periodo-se-duplicaron-los-ingresos-la-rentabilidad-y-la-plantilla-ademas-se-transformo-la-cultura-organizacional\">Por su parte, Wingrove tiene una trayectoria profesional destacada ya que <strong>fue CEO de la oficina de Australia entre 2013 y 2021.<\/strong> Durante ese periodo, se duplicaron los ingresos, la rentabilidad y la plantilla, adem\u00e1s se transform\u00f3 la cultura organizacional.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-talento-y-experiencia-respaldan-la-direccion-global-de-kpmg\"><strong>Talento y experiencia respaldan la direcci\u00f3n global de KPMG<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-experiencia-profesional-de-wingrove-respalda-la-clara-estrategia-para-la-direccion-global-de-kpmg-a-esto-se-agrega-una-disciplina-operativa-y-liderazgo-el-cual-esta-basado-en-los-valores-que-seran-clave-para-su-nueva-responsabilidad-en-la-empresa\">La experiencia profesional de Wingrove respalda la clara estrategia para la direcci\u00f3n global de KPMG, a esto se agrega una disciplina operativa y liderazgo.
