Por el momento, <strong>es una iniciativa de ley que responde a la creciente preocupaci\u00f3n sobre el ciberacoso,<\/strong> dependencia y otros riesgos digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La exposici\u00f3n a contenidos algor\u00edtmicos, es otro tema de alta prioridad para el pa\u00eds sudamericano. Oficialmente, <strong>la iniciativa se denomina Entornos Digitales Seguros y a\u00fan no ha ingresado al Congreso Nacional,<\/strong> pero se espera que lo haga en unos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, la ministra Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Wulf asegur\u00f3 que <strong>esta propuesta obtendr\u00e1 una&nbsp; aprobaci\u00f3n transversal por parte del poder legislativo. <\/strong>En este sentido, el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y Familia trabaja en su presentaci\u00f3n con funcionarios y expertos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se debe tener en cuenta que la propuesta no se limita al tiempo de conexi\u00f3n, <strong>debido a que se enfoca en los riesgos espec\u00edficos antes mencionados.<\/strong> Por esto, Chile planea restringir redes sociales a los menores, para as\u00ed proteger su integridad f\u00edsica y mental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar, que esta discusi\u00f3n se enmarca en medidas ya aplicadas en los colegios chilenos desde marzo. <strong>Cuando se prohibi\u00f3 el uso de los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes en los horarios escolares,<\/strong> para reducir distracciones en las clases y fomentar la convivencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-para-proteger-a-las-infancias-chile-planea-restringir-redes-sociales\"><strong>Para proteger a las infancias Chile planea restringir redes sociales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los motivos por los que <a href=\"https:\/\/reseller.lat\/ricoh-summit-2026-chile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chile<\/a> planea restringir redes sociales, es prevenir los posibles contactos criminales de adultos con menores. En relaci\u00f3n con todo eso, Wulf subray\u00f3 que <strong>los ni\u00f1os deben crecer en entornos m\u00e1s seguros, incluidos los digitales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya que existe bastante evidencia internacional, <strong>sobre los nocivos efectos de los usos&nbsp; no controlados en Internet y redes sociales.<\/strong> Tanto para ni\u00f1os como en adolescentes, otro punto de discusi\u00f3n es la responsabilidad de las propias empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a que otras experiencias internacionales, muestran que <strong>esta carga regulatoria suele recaer sobre las plataformas y no sobre los menores.<\/strong> Un ejemplo es Australia, que en diciembre de 2025 aprob\u00f3 una ley que restringe redes a menores de 16 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es decir, todas aquellas plataformas sociales que permitan el registro de los infantes <strong>se pueden hacer acreedoras a multas de hasta 49,5 millones de d\u00f3lares australianos. <\/strong>Por su parte, Noruega anunci\u00f3 en abril de 2026 que presentar\u00e1 una ley de este tipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, <strong>Francia y Espa\u00f1a tambi\u00e9n avanzan en propuestas similares dentro de un marco de una agenda europea.<\/strong> Que impulsa verificaciones obligatorias de edad para reducir el riesgo digital, sin embargo el proyecto de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senado.cl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chile<\/a> es el primero en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por Mart\u00edn Olivera\/Notipress<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con un nuevo marco regulatorio, Chile planea restringir redes sociales a los menores de 16 a\u00f1os en su territorio.
