Para la industria tecnol\u00f3gica, la inclusi\u00f3n femenina en ciberseguridad<\/a> debe ser una estrategia integral, que combine educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica accesible. Adem\u00e1s de diferentes alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas de largo alcance, todo con una cultura corporativa m\u00e1s diversa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed, el objetivo es fomentar una mayor participaci\u00f3n femenina dentro de la industria de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n. (TI).<\/strong> Lo que se hace m\u00e1s evidente, en el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer en la Ingenier\u00eda, el cual se celebra cada 23 de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cSin duda, la inclusi\u00f3n fortalece la seguridad empresarial y aquellas que se enfocan en dichas \u00e1reas no solo crean entornos m\u00e1s justos. Sino que se vuelven mucho m\u00e1s eficientes y protegidas\u201d, dijo Maria Jos\u00e9 Albarr\u00e1n, directora Senior de Canales para Fortinet M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

En general, la inclusi\u00f3n femenina en ciberseguridad aporta una mayor diversidad de perspectivas y fortalece la capacidad de respuesta.<\/strong> Esto ante amenazas complejas, por ello dichas iniciativas aportan un alto valor agregado en la operaci\u00f3n de negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todo lo anterior, se confirm\u00f3 en El Reporte Global sobre la Brecha de Habilidades en Ciberseguridad 2026<\/strong> de Fortinet<\/a> . As\u00ed, se revel\u00f3 que el 86 % de las empresas en el pa\u00eds y la regi\u00f3n enfrentan riesgos de seguridad, lo que se debe a la falta de talento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Empresas deben apostar por la inclusi\u00f3n femenina en ciberseguridad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Al respecto, el informe advierte que la falta de inclusi\u00f3n financiera en ciberseguridad aumenta la carga de trabajo<\/strong> en dichas \u00e1reas. Ya que las empresas, se exponen a un mayor volumen de incidentes sofisticados, como el ransomware o robo de identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, Fortinet mantiene colaboraciones con ciertas organizaciones civiles, algunas globales. Un claro ejemplo de esto, es el convenio con WOMCY (Mujeres en Ciberseguridad en Am\u00e9rica Latina), para as\u00ed reducir la brecha de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> en el sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTanto la visi\u00f3n como el liderazgo de las mujeres, son aspectos indispensables para proteger la econom\u00eda y el bienestar del pa\u00eds. Por ello, invitamos a m\u00e1s mexicanas a considerar tanto a  la ingenier\u00eda como a la ciberseguridad, como una opci\u00f3n a nivel profesional apasionante\u201d, acot\u00f3 la directiva.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de este tipo de iniciativas, Fortinet<\/a> ofrece una serie de programas gratuitos de capacitaci\u00f3n mediante su instituto de entrenamiento. <\/strong>Con ello, se busca aumentar la inclusi\u00f3n femenina en ciberseguridad, ya sean talleres pr\u00e1cticos o certificaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son iniciativas enfocadas, tanto para estudiantes de ingenier\u00eda como profesionales de otras disciplinas,<\/strong> que buscan reorientar su carrera hacia la seguridad. Finalmente, la firma tambi\u00e9n colabora con universidades p\u00fablicas y privadas, en diversos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
